Heavy corrugated cardboard crates using three BAA flute sheets or two AA/BA flute sheets, identifying the most appropriate set-up for the requested use. Approved anti-moisture cardboard for sea transportation. MULTILAYER FOLDABLE CRATES

Flexible, Low-cost and Safe. We use the following materials when making foldable crates:

  • 6 mm birch plywood with five cross-banded layers.
  • 10 mm Canadian spruce plywood with three cross-banded layers, hot glued with phenolic resin.
  • 6/10 mm thick OSB panelling.
  • Solid dried spruce wood reinforcements and base.
  • The strip connecting the perimeter is made from pre-painted sheet metal with safety bordered edges.
