CPS Packaging Solutions was founded to meet all technical, industrial and protective packaging needs. Its main goal is to provide not so much products but rather real \u201cPackaging Solutions\u201d that can resolve all protection and packaging problems. <\/p>\n

CPS Packaging Solutions is a division of CHIMAR Spa. The company was founded in 1967 and became CHIMAR in 2000. CHIMAR produces packaging by processing wood, plywood, cardboard, plastic and bonded barriers. <\/p>\n

VCI<\/h2>\n

VOLATILE CORROSION INHIBITORS VCIs are an anti-corrosive protective system for metal products, which is based on adding a chemical to a support (either paper, polyethylene film, cellulose bars or oil). The chemicals impregnated into the support are released inside the packaging, creating a protective atmosphere which stops the oxidation process by passivating the surface of the metal. <\/p>\n

This is done without leaving any visible trace or damaging the metal product. Once removed from the packaging, the metal product can be used immediately and does not require any processing (cleaning, washing, etc). Thanks to our formula, the metal products are not protected only when in direct contact but also at a distance (due to the atmosphere created inside the packaging). All CPS VCI products (paper, polyethylene film and chips) do not require any special disposal and can be recycled along with other waste from the same category.
