Chimar has been committed for years to providing the best quality of life and work to its employees, developing a project within the company that gives people a central role. By using technologies that are increasingly efficient and functional for workplace ergonomics, while trying to improve the quality of the workplace, the company has set itself a clear goal: to ensure that quality of life and work are as one. Quality of life does not just mean for people working at the company, but also for the services and opportunities offered to employees’ families.

Special attention is paid to relationships with employees, suppliers, customers, partners, communities and local institutions: for whom the company makes a real difference every day.

WHISTLEBLOWING – Ai sensi dell’art. 2–bis del D. Lgs. n. 8 giugno 2001 n. 231 le aziende che si dotano del Modello di Organizzazione e Gestione 231 devono provvedere uno o più canali che consentano ai propri dipendenti e collaboratori di presentare, a tutela dell’integrità dell’ente, segnalazioni circostanziate di condotte non conformi al Modello di cui siano venuti a conoscenza in ragione delle funzioni svolte.
