Die-Cut Packaging can be customised for special processing for the industrial sector and designed to create displays. It can provide internal protection with supports and/or items for shock protection.
ADHESIVE CARDBOARD PALLETS AND JOISTS
This “multi-purpose self-adhesive joist” is the basic element for a new pallet system. Simple yet effective, this solution is made with recycled materials in a honeycomb structure and can be made to the thickness and size you want. It’s very sturdy and can support substantial loads, while at the same time reducing the weight of the packaging. It can be used in many different ways: to replace pallets, to add thickness or to support parts from sudden jolts.

This material acts as a real cushion that can absorb any shocks without changing its structure. Its antistatic properties make it the perfect material for electronic components, dissipating any potential electrostatic charges that can be harmful to the packaged product.

The Chimar Cartonpallet is a practical and economical packaging system that does not lose effectiveness in its use, on the contrary it has multiple advantages that make it an excellent product for your needs. With the Cartonpallet it is possible to replace the classic wooden packaging … thanks to our experience in the production of three-wave cardboard. Among the alternatives available: cartonpallet with marmot lid; cartonpallet with wooden head case model; semi-American cartonpallet with flaps, etc.
