PLYWOOD CRATES
Phenolic plywood panels for packaging, with dried spruce wood base and internal reinforcements.

Oriented strand panels for packaging with dried spruce wood base and external reinforcements.

Spruce wood packaging crate without nails and automatically assembled.
MULTILAYER FOLDABLE CRATES
Flexible, Low-cost and Safe. We use the following materials when making foldable crates:
- 6 mm birch plywood with five cross-banded layers.
- 10 mm Canadian spruce plywood with three cross-banded layers, hot glued with phenolic resin.
- 6/10 mm thick OSB panelling.
- Solid dried spruce wood reinforcements and base.
- The strip connecting the perimeter is made from pre-painted sheet metal with safety bordered edges.
VARIOUS MODELS AND SET-UPS ARE AVAILABLE
- the traditional two-way foldable crate is quick to put together and cost-effective to assemble and dismantle;
- the reinforced model is suitable for layers of heavy cargo or for bulk goods that are likely to move from side to side a lot.
PALLET COLLARS
Made with 20 mm dried, planed wood with 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel hinges fixed with hammered rivets, stackable to form the desired height. Useful for both warehousing and handling.

ELock CLIP: Fastening devices for Foldable Crates
From our continuous research into innovative solutions that help speed up packaging operations and make handling and transport more secure comes an innovative fastening system for foldable crates. This fastening system is extremely simple yet very effective. The base and lid slot into the foldable part of the crate, leaving the fastening clips on the outside. The assembly time is very short and the tabs can be folded in one extremely quick step or tucked under the seal; to reopen, just lift up the tabs and you can reuse the crate again. The connecting clips guarantee an excellent hold and are exceptionally resistant to any movement inside the crate.
